Hi, Jeff,

The OBN LT met today and the following motions were approved that involve OBN funding:

Church Assistance - A motion was made and approved to give Ewa Beach BC $1,000.00 to help toward the tree cutting needed on the church property.  The motion also called for the church to enlist the help of others, like Pastor Fola and Gary Yafuso and other OBN church members, with this tree-cutting project.

Evangelism - A motion was made and approved to give Waipahu Community Christian Church $1,500.00 to assist with an outreach event involving several other churches.  They have already requested and received $1,500.00 from HPBC toward their goal of $4,500.

Thank you for your faithful service, Jeff.  May you, Mary, and the boys have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Mahalo,

Dear Pastor Micah and Ewa Beach Baptist Church Family,

I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the Oahu Baptist Network

(OBN), I am pleased to inform you that we approve the support of $1,000

to assist in the tree cutting project at your church property. We

understand that maintaining the safety and appearance of the church

grounds is important, and we are grateful to partner with you in this

effort.

Recently, OBN churches had the opportunity to work together on a

similar tree cutting project at Life Church in Halawa Heights. It was a

wonderful demonstration of collaboration, and we are excited to extend

the same support to Ewa Beach Baptist Church.

Additionally, we would like to encourage you to connect with Pastor Fola

and Gary Yafuso from Aina Haina Baptist Church, who are both ready

and willing to assist with this project. Pastor Fola, along with men from

OBN, will be available to help with the tree trimming, ensuring the work

is done efficiently and safely.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support your ministry and look

forward to seeing how this project will be a blessing to your church.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or further

needs.

Blessings in Christ,

Pastor Bong
